When you first log into Sellfy, you'll be taken to the Overview page. To be more precise, you'll be in the Dashboard section.


This section gives you an overview of how far your store has come in the last few days. It displays the total revenue generated by your online store as well as a summary of the items purchased.

There is also a link that will take you to your store. You may travel across the Sellfy platform and access some of the other features of the site via the sidebar menu.

For example, your Analytics data can be found under the Overview section. You'll be able to see how many visitors your site received, as well as other useful information.

You can keep track of your inventory under the Products area. Depending on the type of product you're selling, it's divided into numerous subcategories.

You'll see your subscriptions' order history, including information like the date of purchase, the buyer's email, the subscription's status, and the amount paid.



You'll find all of your transactions under Orders. If there are too many to sort through, you can use filters to help you find what you're looking for.  Orders that have not been completed have their own subcategory. You can export all orders for a certain time period. It will include information such as the buyer's name, the product they purchased, their nation, the tax they paid, and their email address. It will also reveal whether the buyer agreed to receive your newsletters.



You may set up email marketing, coupons, discounts, cart abandonment, and upselling in the Marketing area.

The number of emails you can send is limited. You can, however, purchase additional credits as needed. You can apply discounts to any number of products under Coupons & Discounts. Alternatively, you can run a deal that applies to all of your store's products. You can also include a bonus with every transaction.

When creating a coupon, all you have to do is fill out a form with information like the name of the discount (which will only be visible to you and not to customers), the coupon code, the type of discount (percentage vs amount), the percentage or amount of the discount, the start and end dates of the promotion, the discount limit, and the products eligible for the discount.



You can integrate third-party tools in the Apps area. Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Twitter Ads, and Patreon are just a few of the options. If you can't locate the app you're looking for, you may submit a request for integration.



Details such as your store's name and URL can be customized. You can also turn on or off the Language Settings. When you enable it, Sellfy will display a translated version of your site dependent on the location of your customer.
