There is also a link that will take you to your store. You may travel across the Sellfy platform and access some of the other features of the site via the sidebar menu.

PRODUCT SECTION:

You can keep track of your inventory under the Products area. Depending on the type of product you're selling, it's divided into numerous subcategories.

Digital Products, Print-on-Demand, Subscriptions, Physical Products, and Freebies are the subcategories. It's easier to manage your product inventory if you organize your products this way.

It's simple to add a new product. To begin, select Add New Product from the drop-down menu. This will provide a menu that will guide you through the entire procedure.

You must first choose a product type. Let's pretend we're adding a digital product for the sake of this example. You'll be prompted to upload the product file on the next step. After that, you may add the details of your product. Name, description, category, price, and variants are all included.

Simply hit Save Product when you're finished.

It's worth noting that if you choose Print on Demand, you'll see a list of products that Sellfy may print and send on your behalf. Clothing (shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, and more), bags, mugs, stickers, posters, and phone covers are among the items on the list as of this writing (for iPhone and Samsung devices).

CUSTOMERS SECTION:

06-Subscriptions-subcategory

All of your paying clients will be included in the Customers section. It's broken down into two halves. All Customers will show you everyone who has made a one-time or non-recurring purchase.  The Subscriptions subcategory, on the other hand, will display users who have paid for a weekly, monthly, or annual subscription if you have one set up.

You'll see your subscriptions' order history, including information like the date of purchase, the buyer's email, the subscription's status, and the amount paid.

ORDER SECTION:

07-View-all-your-orders

You'll find all of your transactions under Orders. If there are too many to sort through, you can use filters to help you find what you're looking for.  Orders that have not been completed have their own subcategory. You can export all orders for a certain time period. It will include information such as the buyer's name, the product they purchased, their nation, the tax they paid, and their email address. It will also reveal whether the buyer agreed to receive your newsletters.

MARKETING SECTION:

08-Email-marketing-with-Sellfy

You may set up email marketing, coupons, discounts, cart abandonment, and upselling in the Marketing area.

You can use Email Marketing to send emails to customers who have already purchased stuff from you to promote new products or special offers that you may be working on.

The number of emails you can send is limited. You can, however, purchase additional credits as needed. You can apply discounts to any number of products under Coupons & Discounts. Alternatively, you can run a deal that applies to all of your store's products. You can also include a bonus with every transaction.

When creating a coupon, all you have to do is fill out a form with information like the name of the discount (which will only be visible to you and not to customers), the coupon code, the type of discount (percentage vs amount), the percentage or amount of the discount, the start and end dates of the promotion, the discount limit, and the products eligible for the discount.

APP SECTION:

You can integrate third-party tools in the Apps area. Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Twitter Ads, and Patreon are just a few of the options. If you can't locate the app you're looking for, you may submit a request for integration.

14-Customizing-your-website

You can also use a custom image as your header by uploading one. Drag-and-dropping products into place can also be used to rearrange them.

You'll need to go to Payment Settings to alter your payment options. You can either use PayPal or connect your Stripe account to accept credit card payments.

Embed Options are available to assist you in integrating Sellfy with your current website. You have the option of including a Buy Now button, promoting a single product, or displaying your entire inventory.

Product Categories allows you to categorize your products based on their category or feature. This will not only assist you in organizing your product inventory, but it will also assist your visitors in navigating your website.

Go to Email Settings if you wish to customize the automatic emails that go out to your customers. Email templates are available to assist you in getting started. You can send purchase confirmation emails or emails confirming that an item has been dispatched.

If you like, you can schedule emails to be delivered at each stage of the client journey.

Taxes are also divided into their own subcategory. You can enter the tax amount that your customers must pay here, and it will be immediately added to their orders. You can also turn off this functionality.

A section is also available for managing your Invoice Settings. This is where you may include information about your business and other details that you wish to appear on your invoices.

SELLFY REVIEW: PROS AND CONS OF SELLFY

For some people, Sellfy isn't the best ecommerce solution. It has many advantages for startups and small businesses. This list of advantages and disadvantages should illustrate why we believe that is the case.

PROS OF SELLFY

  • Sell a variety of products – Sellfy allows you to sell a variety of items. Digital and physical products, subscriptions, video streams, and other services are available.
  • Simple to use – Sellfy is simple to use. Everything is stated in simple language that everyone should be able to comprehend. It takes only a few minutes to get started selling.
  • Embed function – With only a few clicks, you may share your products on various social media networks. It makes it far easier for customers to find and purchase your digital products.
  • Print-on-demand merchandise – There's no reason to waste money on items that won't sell. Instead, Sellfy will print and deliver your merchandise to your customer. This is fantastic for new businesses.
  • Promotional resources — Setting up promotions for an online store might be tricky for novice entrepreneurs. However, after you've become acclimated to Sellfy, you can set one up in about a minute.

CONS OF SELLFY

  • Limited customization choices - You won't be able to personalize your website as much as you would with a current website builder platform. Only a few elements can be changed. This does, however, make the platform easier and faster to use.
  • There are only six integrations to select from, so more would be beneficial.

SELLFY PRICING PLANS: SELLFY REVIEW

PRSA

There is a free version that is not the same as the trial version. The free version is available indefinitely, however there are certain restrictions. You can only add ten products at first. It will also only let you sell actual items, such as those from Sellfy's print-on-demand service.

You can offer digital products, physical products, subscriptions, and print-on-demand merchandise on all paid plans. There are no transaction fees on any plan (including the free one).

THE STARTER PLAN: Which costs $19 per month and is payable bi-annually, allows you to make $10,000 each year. You can offer physical things, digital products, and subscriptions under this plan. You can also use your own domains to access email marketing features.

THE BUSINESS PLAN: Which costs $49 per month and is billed bi-annually, allows you to earn $50,000 per year. Product and store design migration, as well as product upselling, are all possible with this option. It will also display information about your cart abandonment and remove all Sellfy branding.

THE PREMIUM PLAN: Starts at $99 a month, billed every two years. You can earn up to $200,000 each year in sales. You'll get priority customer service with this package.

For businesses who require it, there is also a custom plan.

SELLFY REVIEW - OUR FINAL VERDICT

Because of its focus on simplicity, Sellfy distinguishes out as a unique ecommerce platform.

While it cannot be used to develop fully featured ecommerce stores like BigCommerce and Shopify, it is significantly more user-friendly.

Sellfy is well worth trying out if you're searching for a platform that removes hurdles and helps you to start selling rapidly.

In minutes, you can have a store up and operating.

Sellfy's blend of simplicity and functionality is extremely appealing to me. We've tried other platforms that claim to be "simple," but end up being overly restrictive. That isn't the case with Sellfy, thankfully.

What's the best part? Sellfy offers a free trial so you can get a feel for the platform. There's also a limited free plan that might be sufficient for your needs.

You'll also have access to marketing tools like email marketing (if you need it) and print-on-demand items.
