As a single tool, StoryChief can handle all of your marketing needs. There's a lot to go through, but it's all easy to figure out.

Let's start with the fact that you can write blog posts on the platform, which will be the foundation of your marketing campaign.

It runs all of its blog posts through the William platform. This is where all the magic happens, from the creation of new content to the distribution of that content.

Go to the "Stories" menu and choose "+new story" from the drop-down list.


If you've written stories or blog posts before, this page will show you the ones you've written and how well they've done since then. Later, we'll talk about how to use the data you'll see here to make better posts for your campaigns.

To write your blog post on StoryChief, you'll be taken to the text editor page where you can do so. Like WordPress, you can add images, videos, and other rich media to your stories to make them more interesting. This helps your stories stand out.


As soon as you click on the SEO and Readability links on the top left corner, you'll see a section on the right that tells you how to make your content more search engine and reader friendly.

You don't have to do all of these things to make your content better and easier for your audience to read.

It's easier to leave a comment when you highlight a part of an article you want to talk about. "Comments" is at the top right of the screen. To see all the comments, click on "Comments" to open the right side of the screen.


Make a summary of your post on social media and see how it will look when it's shared there. When you're done writing your content, you need to see how your post will look on Facebook, Twitter, and other places.


It's also possible to make changes to the post's SEO settings from this page. These include things like the title and meta description, as well as the slug of the post.

Finally, click the "Publish" button to send your content to your followers.

Social media posts are things that people write on their own
StoryChief isn't really a tool for managing your brand's social media campaigns, but you can still use it to do that.

This is a great way for your team to manage the process of reviewing and approving posts without having to use a separate tool for it.

When you click on "Social Posts," you'll see the "postsets," or the messages you've written for your stories.


To start a new post set, click on "+ new social post" to start writing the messages you'll post on your different social media accounts at once.


If you don't want to publish the message, click "Send for approval." You can then review and comment on the post, if you don't want to publish it at all.

In StoryChief, you can use the Social Posts page to look at the campaigns you've run in the past and see if they got you more views, clicks, and shares than usual. If you look at the last three columns on the page for each campaign, you can see these things.

Use the tool to manage content marketing campaigns for clients to keep track of the different projects you and your team are working on and make separate campaigns for each one.

When you click on "Campaigns," you can enter the information about the campaign you want to run.


From here, you can add the people who are working on this project so that everyone is on board.

In the campaign page, where all your stories and posts are, you can see all of them.


Use a calendar to see how many stories and posts you have coming up.

By clicking on "Content Calendar" on the StoryChief menu, even if there is no campaign, you can see all the content you have published and planned so far.


If you check the boxes next to each type of channel on the left menu or the different statuses of the content, you can narrow down what you see on your calendar (drafts, scheduled, and published).

When you look at this view, you can also plan a story or social media post by clicking on the date you want to plan for.

Again, this is a great way to think about your content marketing strategy for the next few months in a way that's easy to see. Calendar: You can see which dates don't have any planned posts or stories, so you can add them right away from the calendar.

After you launch your campaigns, it's time to look at the results.

From the dashboard, you can see how many people have seen all the stories you've written on StoryChief so far.


To get more specific information about each of your stories and posts, go to the "Insights" menu item from the top of the screen.

This lets you drill down to the most important metrics that show how well each piece of content you've made has worked.

In the Team plan, you can use this feature. Once you sign up for this plan, you can see which of your posts get the most views, reads, and more, track how many fans and followers you have, and more.


There are four plans for StoryChief that are available to the public. They are Team, Team Plus, Agency, and Enterprise. Each plan can be paid for either once a year or every three months.

To get StoryChief's Team plan, you pay $120 per month for three months, or $90 per month for a year. If you're happy with the core features we talked about above, this should be good enough for your team.

It has certain rules, like the following:

Four (4) users come with the package ($15 per extra user per month for annual billing).
One workspace comes with the price of $90 per month for each extra workspace.
The team has a plus.
The next plan StoryChief has is called Team Plus. 100 ambassadors and press contacts, two more users and unlimited storage space are some of the extra features that come with the paid version. If you want to join Team Plus, you can pay $180 a month for three months or $150 for one year.

StoryChief's Enterprise plan is for big teams that need a lot of APIs to make custom integrations. To figure out how much they charge, you'll have to talk to them and figure out what you need.
